A Worthwhile Snooze

These lifesavers have 10 mg of CBD, 1mg of CBN and THC, and 1mg of melatonin in each cube. CBD (cannabidiol) is a natural compound in cannabis that has been found to have sleep-aid, anti-anxiety, and pain relief qualities. CBN, or cannabinol, is another compound that is a natural byproduct of THC (Tetrahydrocannabinol - the cannabinoid found in cannabis plants that gives you psychoactive effects) as cannabis flowers age and oxidizes.
